Evo 6 2.3 stroker low compression after running

Iv recently a engine built and its showing very 135 on the 4th cylinder, Now the top has start to make a very fast ticking noise which is really loud,

What the chances of the piston hitting the head or the lifters arms have failed.

I can load video of how the engine is currently sounding as the engine builder doesn't seem to want to sort the issues
