Evo 5 - Key - Immobiliser question

Hi,
does the evo 5 have a immobiliser built into the standard key?
Got my Evo with only one Key and wanted to know if I have to go through Mitsubishi to get a new key or I I just can get my key replicated at any place.

if its the key with the buttons on yh there will be one in the key, if not and you have no remote do you have a immobilisor key seperate to use?

no immobiliser on the ignition so any key cut to fit will do

only after market alarms/immobilisers were fitted to 4/5/6

Yes, you were right, just got a blank key cut, works perfect!
