Whats the best oil personally too put in ? Been told castrol 5/40 fully synthetic just want a few answers thanks

Personal choice on what brand.
Viscosity rating dependent on type of use, road/track etc.
Fully syn definitely

Millers full 5/40
Or
Silkolene full 5/40

IA 5w-40 will be best unless heavily tuned.

5w-40 engine oil | 5w40 oil

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS/CFS NT, Motul 300V, Redline and Gulf Competition. The Motul 8100 X-Cess, Millers XFS, Fuchs GT1 XTL/Supersyn, Gulf Formula G, Shell Helix and Mobil Super 3000 are good, cheaper alternatives.
