Hi Guys,
I'm new to this - So I hope this works - I've got an evo 4 and i bought a bailey dump valve off of ebay (used, but in good condition),I've installed it in place of the standard one, blocked off the part that goes back to the turbo with a bung.
Once i had completed this, the car runs perfects when not boosting and idling, however when the boost comes on, the car performs fine, the valve dumps the boost well and makes a great noise. But then the engine stalls if i keep my foot on the clutch. Obviously if I change gear the engine doesn't stall, but this shouldn't do this, should it? Its standard, apart from a cat back exhaust and hks air filter.
Any idea's??
Thanks
