Hi, I've just bought an Evo 4 Gsr that has Evo 6 alloys on it. The tyres all the way round are 225/45/zr17 but the back tyres are scraping. Any suggestions, what I should do? New back tyres? Tyres all the way round? Alloys are too big? Thanks in advance

Welcome!

The tyres are a bit wider and have a larger circumference so they could well be rubbing.
Replacing like for like certainly wont fix it.
As for what to do, it depends. Im not sure where they will rub in that config but you can do things like spacers, roll arches stiffer suspension (and accept reduced rubbing) or revert back to proper sized wheels.

Could I just not keep the same alloys and just use different tyres?

Potentially maybe.
It depends where they are rubbing really.
Take it to a decent tyre dealer and they may be able to give a yay or neigh on that one.

Is it really dangerous to have your tyres rubbing? Could I have a blowout quite easily?
