evo 4 fuel economy

hi all, does anyone know the specs for an evo 4 ,,,, average miles per gallon as ive just bought one and im not 2 impressed with my economy, think there might be something wrong with it. ant help will be appreciated..........

If your pushing the car and it's running standard boost, then a tenner should last you anywhere upwards of 30 miles. Drive it nice and you should see around 40 ish

i done a 530 mile round motorway trip and used 115 quid 2 and half tanks and that was going easy

if i drive like a complete ponse then i can get around 80 miles to a quarter tank which is good if u ask me, on the other hand boosting it around the place i can see as little as 36miles per quarter lol so its down to your heavy foot,

But then I guess what you will save on fuel you will spend on the tread mill!!!!

Better off buying a petrol station I guess.

My vi running 375 bhp and 27psi boost was returning me 20-25 miles to the gallon I would say that was pretty good for something that quick

same here you cant get good mpg and and a fast car lol just enjoy what you got !!!!

im getting about 12 mpg out of my evo 4

all depends how you drive it.

granny = 180miles per tank approx.
stig = 100 miles per tank approx.

im getting on average 150 per tank on a 4gsr.
thats mixed driving styles.
either way, am loving it!

yea sounds about rite. cheers chaps, had a skyline before this was about the same as wat im getting now. GOOD I WONT SELL IT NOW YIPPIEEEEEE.
