Evo 4 ECU

Does anyone know if theres a difference betwween the Evo 4 GSR and RS ECU's?

Dont quote me on this but as far as i am aware of they are the same ecu,, What is your reason for asking, just curious???

Theres a Mines tuned ECU on ebay for sale, think its going quite cheap.

I have heard of people running their evos with mines ecu, but apparently they werent mapped for using fuel in this country just the fuel in japan etc, which is 100ron and i think the best you can get here is 97/98ron, Why dont you ring around a few tuners and get their views on fitting a mines ecu, think most will tell you to avoid!!! You wouldnt want to fit 1 then your engine go Bang, If you are fitting an aftermarket ecu in an e4 dont forget you will need an uprated fuel pump ie Walbro and larger injectors ie 560 instead of the standard 510 that are in an e4!!
