is your evo 1 modded up mate, if yes, where do you get your parts from ??

ps iv installed all the parts naw just waitin for a little bit more money going to buy a gizmo boost controller

Yeah she is slightly I'm always messing around with it lol.

I get bits from all over really, camskills,forge,ebay,evo123.net and mlr

I'll put a thread up on here soon with fresh pic's and list of the current spec as once again its changed

I had a greddy ebc for awhile but didn't get on with it, Running a forge adjustable actuator set to 20psi and if I want to run higher boost good old cheap ebay mbc sitting in engine bay lol

well mate good to see it alive but sadly sunday night, i was racing on the strech with a subaru and i blew my turbo :'(

soo looking for a new one and one of my breaking friends has a evo 3 td05h an only wonts 70quid and has a gizmo boost controller which he wonts 60quid for so i might go down and giv him a oner, what you think on thatt

any ideas where i can get a GOOD adjustable actuator from please lads ?
also my front shocks are going, i have tein super street coil overs in there any chance i can gt standerd shocks an put the tein springs on themm??

front shocks are fine and got a bleed valve with a boos controller onit but the turbo bought didnt work so im going to give it back and buy a brand new 1

there hit and miss on ebay i have had 1 on for 3 years and been fine other people have had them and they have cracked after a few weeks
but brace them up from the start and it will be fine

well so far i have done quite a bit to my evo as you can see from the 1st engine bay picture when i bought the car and the picture iv added naw there is a massive diffrence.

but now there has been a complete change in direction of my project, i will be buying evo 8 pistons and crank shaft, APR bolts, 282 cams, turbo manifolds, hks head and exhaust gasket, stem seals, brand new japcan back box exiting on a 45 degree left angle, Polyurethane bushes.
once that is all done and the engine has run in, i will be going to dastik and get my car re mapped to 1.5 bar boost and get anti lag and launch control

will be spending like £1000 to £1500 but i wont be stopping there

here is a picture of the engine bay know, mods of the top of my head are:
silicone radiator pipes
turbo smart B.O.V
turbo smart boost controller
aluminium racing radiator
Bass wiring
A/C removed
2.5 inch metal piping

personally i think it is a massive improvement to when i bought the car and there is still way more to come, so people wish me luck and if i ever need and help ill be sure to post for help.

Word of advise from someone that done exactly what ur planning on doing with the e8 pistons bin them and do a forged build seriously don't put second hand parts in a new engine plus while it's apart change oil and water pump there the hearts of the engine I didn't on my first build and I have rebuilt it 2 more times since then due to failures in the second hand parts

Normally pistons 400 rods 400 then hone and bored deck skim acl bearings arp studs I would go for a e8 crank it's safety e8 internals are proven to 400bhp if not a bit more but I had a bad experience and so did a friend of mine so when I see people doing it I have to say

Just to take the weight of the exhaust off of it by bracing it to the engine
