ecu swap

hi all. i have few questions, i recently swap a evo5 ecu in my evo4 using 560cc injectors and evo7 cam sensor. now the car would start with the fans on. also puffing black smoke and would not rev pass 5000rpm. any help please

I've got an E6 ecu & 560cc to go in my E4 will fitting them cause problems like this ??

It may or it may not the standard map on the 5 ECU will run on a 1234 but I wouldn't drive it it needs to be set up to run properly

Run on 1234 ?? What's this firing order ?

What's the E4 set up to run ?
