Dont No What To Buy

hi there im new tothe forum, and hopfully if all goes well will stay once i buy my new evo,

im looking for advice on what to buy,model,year etc etc

i was looking at the evo 8 fq400

now i been told by people sayig no buy the 360 as the internals are better and better to tune etc.
i also been told to buy a evo 6 but aint that a bit to old now, i dont no

so i was woundering if ne ne can tell me what to buy and the faults etc and prices of serving to look forward to .lol

i have around 9k to spend once i sell my type r
