Does anyone know where the drinks holder is?

Just bought my first evo. Went for the evo V and can't stop giggling like a little girl.

After several GTIs and years of lusting after Japanese cars, I've finally done it and loving every minute.

As you can tell from my post title, my knowledge of cars is particularly limited but willing to learn. But seriously, does the evo V have a drinks holder as standard? I can't find it.

Also, will the smile on my face be a permanent feature from now on or do I just have to wait for the first service bill?

Welcome to the club mate.. The smile will stay until something breaks, but if you look after it, and have it serviced at regular intervals (4500 miles or every 6 months, whichever come first) you'll be fine.. Try to enjoy the car before you start modding it, because it becomes an addiction :D

Thanks for the advice. Out of interest, what does an average evo service cost?

I've already started to think about what I could do to it but I really need to get used to the car first. There's a slight difference to my old GTi.

I can see how it could become an addiction. But I already have a bad Mac habit and that is pricey enough.

Average 4500 mile service is around £130 mate, that usually includes an overall check, ayc, engine oil and filter.. Easy to do yourself, but if you want to keep your history up to date you need to pay for it
