Disks and pads

Im looking to change the disks and pads on my 6 and was wondering if the godspeed ones will be ok,

F+R Grooved Discs and Orangestuff Pads Package Evo 5-9 - Godspeed Brakes

I will be making a trip to the ring in the near future and was wondering if these will be upto the job.

I'd say so mate, make sure they the new compound of pads that have just come out.

I'm running that setup and it's perfect for my needs. Good bite, nice feel, fade resistant, no squeal, little dust...
One thing about grooved discs is that you sometimes get a very light "thrumming" through the brake pedal. You can feel that they're grooved.

If you don't have braided hoses upgrade them as well
