Dash removal.

I am trying to remove the dash in my IV but I haven't been able to get it out. I have removed all the bolts I can find, I even got the 2 holding the air bag in. When I pull it, the dash is extremely loose but something is holding it in a row along the top of it. Near the vents on top. Is there clips up there? Any help is appreciated.

I would have thought there would be clips mate. Screws are only half of it
