confused????

I may be askin a stupid question here but here goes, the guy who i brought my 8 mr from fitted a scorpion back box to it which im pretty sure is 3" but the rest of the system looks stock, i thought that the stock system on the 8 mr was 2.5" or 2.75" so how has he done this?? I cant see a reducer either?

The best thing to do is measure both pipes mate...so you know for definate...if they're not the same size then there must be a reducer or hes just tightened it down 1/4 of an inch
