Carbon spoiler referb Evo 9

The carbon bit of my spoiler has got faded White patches on and parts of it has the laquer comeing off . Is it easy enough to referb myself ? After just doin my calipers myself , I feel abit like a pro now so if it is simple to do I mite that a go. Anyhelp would be great

You need to get off as much of the old laquer as possible, a proper flatten down and it takes time and you need a good few layers of laquer. Mine didn't come out as I imagined so mine will prob be goin body shop in the future

i took a customers spoiler that was patchy with the laquer peeling off and they picked off the loose and flatted the carbon off and the end caps then re laquered the whole spoiler so it looked like new for about £100, you will find you wont get the same finish with a spray can as you do with a spray gun
