does anyone no if you can get brembo brake calipers for a evo 4

yes the later evo 5 on brembo discs and calipers do fit the evo 4 but you will also need 17" wheels and new caliper bolts :O)

Brembos from 5-9 fit the 4....
As stated you will need the mounting bolts aswell and wheels from a 5-9 or aftermarket wheels. Std wheels even the 17" for a 4 don't fit over the brembos.
