boost to high?

Hiya guys was wondering if anyone could help me.I recently bought a evo 8 gsr and its got 350bhp but I also discovered the head gasket was blown so I got it fixed and put it on rolling roads and the boost was over 2 bar. Does anyone know what the boost should be ? The cars got a 9 turbo in it bigger enjectors a 3" turbo back exhaust with decated and think it's been mapped twice and not sure about any other mods. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Depends what it's been set at!! Std actuator is 0.7 but as std solenoid is 1.2. If it's had mods and been mapped it could be anything.
If the head gasket had gone it may be because the boost was to high.....

I thought that to about the gasket I called a garage that done the last remap and they said it was 350bhp then that was 2010 and the said they think the boost was 1.6 at the time . It's still the same bhp as far as I know.do u think I should just put it back to 1.6 ? Also in the records it says a boost control solenoid was fitted and cost £70 I don't know if it was standard or not thoe

Take it to get looked at mate at your local specialist
