Blitz dual Sbc controller help

Hey everyone, I knocked my controller by accident & has reset but didn't know until I drove the car & noticed they was no boost! So I have lost my settings but got the boost back by messing with the settings & it is on 50 at the moment which is mid boost but can anyone help with the settings & what I should be running it at?
