Best evo 8 for the money

Just a couple of questions

Are these two a good price for the money?
If I spent the extra money on the black one could I make it better than the grey one? I could do 95% of stuff myself so the extra money would just be the cost price of mods.

Will the cars depreciate the same within 5years?

Which one would you guys buy?
