best brake pads for evo 9???

can anyone tell me what the best all round pad for evo 9, including noise, performance, price? was looking at ferado ds2500???? anyone got these?

To be honest with you Mike, you will be OK with the Blue Print items as they conform to the exact specifications of the manufacturer bar one difference which is that they are made from uprated materials.

They do cost a fair bit but they last a long, long time.

See what is the best deal that you can out there and then get back to me right here.

what power`s the car? what will it be used for? road,fast road, track?

its running 400 bhp. never will be on track more normal to fast road race. use it on weekends mainly for round town and b roads for fun.

im about 400/400 ish and i have performance friction pads. much better than the brembo standard ones i had but ive never been a fan of brembos, my wifes golf gt-tdi stops much better than my evo :rolleyes:

I would say with that power, fed's 2500,or carbon tec xp 8s, or performance f's .1's. With that power u need to stop hard and fast witch im sure you no. Me if i was you i would go for xp 8's. Just for piece of mind you're got a great pad. Just my 2 pence worth. Cheers nick

I think ok for noise level as long as there used well! With 400 they will lol! Rear's about 120 front's about 180, so same sort of price as fed's 2500 but defo shop around or go direct for the best deal. Hope this help's. Cheers nick.
