No won't cause and probs or damage, I haven't got my ayc pump on at the mo as I has same error I'm waiting for parts to rebuild it and fit it.

as long you have oil in the system, these no harm. But you need to get it sorted when possible.

Good stuff checked the fluid and its fine but a guess if the pump aint workin then its not putting fluid to the dif
