Apexi super AFC & ITC help

I've broke evo 3!!!! I've messed with the apexi afc and engine management come on and won't run!! Crying here guys plz help. Note it's the old manual dials not digital. I've adjusted the 8 on off (up/down) switches on back :,(
Please help I can't even drive it to evotune

Hi not not yet, I've been given a switch combo from sumone off here but don't seem to be working. I'm new and don't know how to on u either lol if u pm me I can reply
