JMF is the popular choice.

Tegiwa does look good though and if its been tested by Norris Designs then cant be that shoddy!!

Both seem very good but avoid the cheaper alternatives.

Any that offer a guarantee will provide comfort.

Not sure what power ou planning on running but a polished and ported standard manifold is also very good up to about 400bhp and difference over a tubular one isn't that much I am led to believe. Beyond this the tubular ones come into their own

As invisible has said ... A std polished ported manifold will do nicely. Unless you gonna run big power or just after some bling, then fit a tubular. But don't skimp and buy cheap coz it won't last...

The TEGIWA manifold recently got Norris's seal of approval - and that must count for something?
