wot is anti lag and how does is work?

just thought id ask since i didnt no lol,

Anti lag is a system which basically keeps the turbo spinning at a time when it would normally have spooled down.

ahh i see so that would explain the massive pop its gives out then, is it good for the car??

yep the pop is often anti lag. (not always mind)

it can be set up to not be particularly bad for cars but generally its going to put more strain on the engine and turbo so its generally not great for them!
