Aftermarket toe arms?

Hey I'm trying to find the best place to order some adjustable rear toe arms for my Evo V are they the same for IV-IX? Almost every site I've visited only has VII-IX parts I'm probably just looking through the wrong spots but when I do find some for a CP9A they are $600+ and that seems pretty excessive when you can get em for 180's for $80ish
