ABS went on last nite when i was on my way home. (normal driving - no braking applied when the light came on)

However, the whole car feels much better and lighter. My squeaky braking noise seems to be gone. There was always a low quick clicking noise coming out from the back of the central console area, thats gone too.

This morning, the light didnt come on at all.

What could it be?

P.S. ACD 3 lights are on, sometimes not.

Help plz... :)

Do a quick search on fault codes. There there'd be a mutt2 socket under by your left knee in the drivers seat. Bell out pin 1 and 4 (I think) and turn your ignition on. The light should flash and the number of times it flashes will correspond to a fault.

As above flash out the codes but sounds like you have a abs sensor problem, doubt the comp will tell you which side but have a look at the exciter rings for obvious corrosion or even build up of oil and dirt which could be sign of oil seal gone

Oh in that case just take the bulb out the dash and be mindful you may lock up under heavy breaking :)

recon its lost a tooth of the sensor ring, that will just knock the light on.

sure you can buy the rings seperate too.
