When I heard that he took payment from two members for the same item, I knew he had ripped them both off.

Any excuses he has offered up sine then have just been orchestrated for him to try and get some money together as he has no doubt spent what was paid to him right away.

It takes less time to refund payments made via PayPal then it does to log in over the road and make up excuses to defend yourself.

The best thing to do would be to report him to the Police as he has "obtained money by deception", as pointed out by other members already.

These are their opinions buddy, they are entitled to them and that is quite honestly what they believe from what they have observed, both now and in the past. Although, in your defence, I will say that they are not aware of what goes on behind the scenes until they are notified or noticeable changes are made.

In this particular case, I have to agree with you from what I have observed.

The advice you gave/suggestion you offered regarding selling on a Forum was quite good and is exactly what I tell everyone when asked.

It is a shame that your posts on the "Ripped Off by..........." Thread have been deleted now.

bought a avcr off him on sunday he said delivery would be on tuesday nothing then another member mails me saying hes paid for the same item, eventually get a mail saying hed pay me back 100% 4.00pm friday nothing, hopefully ill try my credit card as pay pal wont do anything because of its a gift sick as f--k

not had enough having to defend the way admin is run over there that ya gotta come over here too?

not that ya defend yaself very well over there in any case. The amount of racism and incitement that goes on which ya never clean up ya got a cheek coming here ain't ya. The time spent here could have been put to better use doing a proper mod session over there imo.

Sound like a right pr!ck but begs the question...if he was sending ya pm's then why was the mods over there not doing there job and checking this sort of thing as they supposed to at least look when a member asks for help...checking activity and pm's is basic code of practice ain't it? or were they just not bothered?:whistling::whistling:
