cant get the files to upload either (just says invaoid file )

just had a quick look mate and I've seen worse, but its hard to say really as they are not proper logs,

firstly he's logging way too much stuff which limits the logging speed, and not once has he gone 100%TPS (full throttle)

so hard to say how its running without a proper log.

.....what did the guy say about it? why are you thinking its so bad?

that was with my foot to the floor, but he didnt alter that or even the fuel, he told me that my turbo needs changing as it has the wastegate vibration and needs a boost controller aswell as a remap, i need to get it in some where, just gotta get me money sorted out first lol

I'd get a second opinion mate,

something not right with the tps signal then, as it is varying and upto 80%.......which would suggest that your foot wasn't planted or there are issues with the sensor, and the second run is reving upto 7500rpm with 50% TPS.

did you only do 2 runs? as I said earlier the evo has 'leanspool' so the fueliing wont settle until there is plenty of heat in the engine.

cars will always benefit from a remap but until you can see properly how its running on the ralliart map then you cant say for sure that it 'needs' a remap.

(anyone know how to load up a .csv excell file?)

I take it you have a boost gauge? from what I can gather from the logs the boost looks ok.

did he say why you need a controller?

to test the voltage on the tps you need to check the voltage is between 0.67-0.72

you can check this at pin 84 at the ecu

is it all over the place on your gauge when you give it some hoof?

....not like the dawes device can easily go wrong!

is the actuator pre-tensioned correctly?

no spooners the gauge stays right, the actuator is half a hole as it says, could it be the tps thing? he said my fueling is really lean?

if its fine on the gauge then it will be fine (you'll also feel it 'surging' if the boost is fluctuating)

like I said fueling doesn't look too bad, but it will run leaner if the tps isn't maxing out.

you need some proper logs to determine exactly whats going on.
