Congrats mate, great build, looks stunning tbh!! Bet you can't wait!!

I bet you I can
Looking tidy nick

Not as tidy as I would like but it's getting there
Yeaa, whoop whoop :)

See you Saturday then yea ?!! :)

Err nope:sad:
Bet your one happy Bunny Nick!!

See above:sad:

Well just got back home after being dropped off at Indigo to collect my p&j and no surprise still not ready. I did manage to drive it up for the MOT but the tester had gone home so still no MOT.

With it not being MOT'd and still a load of little niggles as can be expected with a major build it's still not ready:mad:

I can not attend any shows this weekend now because of it, as it has a knock on effect of me not being able to go to Spec-R or to get it cleaned by Ti22(James) my detailer.

Still I did manage to drive it and the engine sounds great but needs a few tweaks of the base map as I have now changed to Vipec ECU, the revs are hunting and it has a slight miss now and again causing the odd jerk whilst at cruising speed. Another thing as well I had 3 ayc lights on but they did eventually return to just the one on the return journey back to Indigo.

Like I say a few niggles amongst others but they all add up, but will eventually get sorted soon I hope:meh:

A bit of a downer for what should have been a great day, dissapointed? Nope I'm getting used to it now:awesome:

yeah they add up to make it not what you expect it to be, was hoping for a nice engine bay and everything to be a smooth and pleasant journey to more power, unfortunately a lot of the fittings from my original engine don't fit the new build:sad: So it makes it hard to get it back how it looked and there are a few other little things that need correcting first as well.

Got back from Spec-R today after getting Pete to make me a new custom intake as the previous custom one didn't fit due to the turbo sitting different from standard frame, while he was doing that I set about squeezing the biggest filter I could into the Redbrick Racing airbox:awesome:

Also had Pete to make me a new oil catch can with new fittings to suit the bigger breathing -10 fittings.

Old v's new:)

Just need to sort out my rad oveflow piping, don't like the silicone look much prefer the braided like I used to have but the manifold is to close to the rad to be able to run it. Will get it sorted eventually:meh:
