Think i paid around £600-£700 for mine including the import duty, competition clutch kit hd, and lightened act flywheel, it did take a couple of weeks to come tho
I got my competition clutch and act streetlight flywheel from no limits motorsport in america...but had to pay customs charges, it was still slightly cheaper tho ha ha, ross sport or indigo on here will be able to sort you out ;)

Just looked then....the cosworth m2's have 11mm lift on the intake and exhaust...the HKS Have 10.8mm on the intake and 10.2mm on the exhaust, the GSC's are good cams aswell, gsc s1's have 11mm intake and 10.5mm. I paid about £300 including import tax and delivery but they were second hand and...
I got mine from america (NY) and was recomended to get kelford 272/272s or hks 272/272s. I may be wrong but im sure cosworth cams are fairly aggressive (lumpy tick over)
Has it still got gsr cams and turbo on?? You want to uprate them... iv just put hks 272/272 cams in, piper valve spring and an MR turbo with a 10.5 hotside on and had it mapped again by simon norton.......with pops and bangs hehehe :D

The 6 speed box is weaker! All depends what power your running or what power you plan on running....if your going for big power id stick with the 5 speed
