Default Evo2

Hi,
I am currently thinking about buying an Evo2 from where I work. I am a mechanic by trade, The Evo is mint condition bodywork, Recent Clutch, I will be doing the timing belt if I go ahead and buy it. It has 90KM on the clock.
The only thing i'm worrying about is the avialability of parts if something does happen to go wrong with it, I can fix it myself but its a case could I find the parts.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks
Baz
