I asked him to send me the tracking number and to let me know that the item is sent. He didn't reply almost the whole day and said he will send it tomorrow.now I don't mind that but when I asked him if he is sure so I can move my day off on Friday he started to be rude. He didn't respond to any of my text until I disputed the case via PayPal. He then texted back saying I ain't getting anything and started abusive word calling me a pr**k.
He said I will get nothing and wait 3 weeks for refund.

ANYWAYS GUYS HEAD UP IM SURE HE HAD REASON NOT BEING ABLE TO SEND IT BUT A CONFIRMATION IS ALL IM ASKING.
P's. I've been buying from this forum for a long time and I am not a time waster.

Given every phone has a half decent camera built-in I see no reason for poor photos in this day and age, they take seconds to take and upload/text. To be fair I wouldn't have even bought the items just by their lack of interest in taking good photo's but that my choice. If they can't be bothered with photos I wouldn't expect much in the way of packaging for shipping.



If you've opened a case with PayPal and tell them he's refusing to ship the item or give a refund they will ask him to provide a tracking number within a time frame, as long as he doesn't enter one the case will be closed and you'll get a refund. Even if he doesn't have the money in his account they will refund you, put his account in minus and he wont be able to use it until he adds the money to it.


This might be a low blow but... I'll be selling my Evo 9 (blue) rear bumper first/second week of next month, if you're still looking. Not in prefect condition as it has a small chip in the plastic but if you were to get it painted I'm sure the bodyshop would sort that out.
